AMENDMENT No. 2 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO
House Bill NO. 1196

Amend by inserting the following new section after line 137 and renumber subsequent sections accordingly:
SECTION *. The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall perform preliminary engineering, acquire necessary right-of-way and construct or reconstruct and maintain as a four-lane highway the following segment of highway:
Central District:
Mississippi 18 beginning at its intersection with U.S. Highway 61 West and extending northeasterly to the point at which Highway 18 is currently a four-lane highway.
Amend the title to conform.
